Commentary:
I almost wanted to make the 3rd panel animated. But would look kinda misleading if i showed a lightning bolt striking down repeatedly to the ground, since lightning doesn't do that and Rion can only charge one at a time like that. Which is why I had the previous page have an animated panel instead.

I almost wanted to make a chunk of the cliff edge break off similar to how Lubo did in chapter 10, but Rion already stated that he decreased the actual power of the lightning bolt itself. So I had Usaro lose his balance instead to fall.

Usaro also tried to perform the Solar Spell that he performed on page 2 of this chapter. It didn't work this time of course, due to the sun officially going down. This means that Rion got his lighting bolt in at the last second.
