Falcon trying to teach Mark to “fancy dance”. Mark is much more at home flailing around in a rave than practicing poise in a ballroom, but he’s really trying, and even though Falcon does find it rather amusing to watch him struggle so much he is also super enamored by the whole thing.
In case anyone is wondering, Mark is standing on his tippy toes to make himself taller, and he keeps doing it subconsciously. Every time Falcon gets him to stand like a normal person again Mark just pops right back up.
