I've got a new artblog, where I post exclusive pictures, wips (work-in-progress), sketches, art explanations, and possible special deals.
I usually do commissions on a first-come-first-served basis for fairness. My personal artblog is where I will be FIRST announcing when I open for commissions (on the right side of the blog, is my commission status).
So check it every now and again if you can.

The stomach has an amazing and uncanny connection to the heart. Baron is watching this bigger bear handling his favorite food so well, and is just instantly going ga-ga over it all. Kuma knows he's impressing Baron, and his grin shows it. Baron could use a good friend who knows how to eat, and it looks like he found one.
The background setting might look a little familiar.
This is an art-trade with
kuma. Hope you like it man! :) *snoogs* Hope you're surprised too! ;)

Baron IS from the animation I did for class... but they're not exactly racing.
The title, "Turkey Legs Race Fast To The Heart" is more of a reference to the saying, "The best way to a man's heart, if through their stomach."
So it's not an ACTUAL eating race, but Baron is completely dumbfounded and infatuated-instantly, seeing bigger-bear Kuma munch down one of his favorite foods. :)

The fastest way to a man's heart is through his stomach. If you know your way around in a kitchen and treat recipes with respect, then you'll never be alone.
Well, some psychos says a knife is the fastest way to a man's heart, but they all end up in the looney bin sooner or later. And THAT isn't the right place to search for love. :p

Hee. I really love this picture <3 And Baron *could* stand to put on some weight... but then again, I'm biased toward bigger bears. <3
Great job!
(Also, if you've ever been to Disneyworld in Florida, they have the BIGGEST turkeylegs ever, cooked supertasty. It really seems and tastes like you're eating a ham because they're just so big and tasty. No joke. o.o)

First: nicely done picture.
Second: turkey legs are delicious. The county fair down the street always has medieval reenactors selling turkey "legges," which I'm told are very similar, but ... y'know, medieval.
Third: sitting under a full moon whilst gnawing on a turkey legge is an oddly satisfying feeling.
Fourth: "Mom? What's the quickest way to a man's heart?" "Well, sweetie, from the front, it's under the xyphoid process and upward as a 75-degree angle and maybe 5 degrees to the right. From the back, it's just between the third and fourth ribs, just to the left of the spine." "Oh."
