Created from the ash of an evil dragon's haughty last breath amidst a relentless battle many moons ago, this creature was one of vileness and utter destruction. He sought death and bloodshed, and went to terrible lengths to satisfy such hungers. His heart was stone cold and as shadowed as his fur.

After the creature destroyed a town and the dragon who protected it, the town's sole survivor, a small witch, placed a spell on the creature: as punishment, this deity carries the town protector dragon's eternal flame in an intricate charmed vial hung from his quills. The creature believes it keeps his powers constrained and is frustrated by such, but is slowly finding out this charmed vial of flame empowers him even more-- but to utilize it, he is forced to be mindful and considerate. He is forced to think with his heart that so desperately longs for the shadows. This creature's veins course with draconic energy, and its charcoal fur hides thick leathery scales.

Under the light of a blue moon, a newborn dragon sprang forth from the eternal flame, offspring of the town protector's dragon, and writhes and weaves its way into the superdeity's tail as he travels. Oddly enough, the superdeity has tolerated the dragon, and even goes so far as to protect it. Perhaps his heart of stone isn't so dark after all...
