Ik I'm late but what program are you using for your render? There's a lot of noise, looks like it's probably because your global illumination settings are too low. It'll take a lot longer to fully render out if you up your settings enough for it to become unnoticeable but it'll go a long way to making this look more lifelike.
Also the skirt in particular looks pretty low poly still.

Other than that, great job! I know how painful it can be modelling characters, especially without using any sculpting programs

yea there was a lot of problems with this render and model, I just wanted to make a quick render of what I had before I moved onto something else. and I have moved on and also found the solution to the noise issue as well.
oh and I used Blender!
