Commission for  togepi1125

This one was a lot of fun already, the Starfox team was on my radar for quite a while but I never really got to doodling anything with them.
Now let it be known that this is definitely the max. amount of detail and effort I wanna put in these commissions, also just accepted the "City Background" cause it was barely any work with the way it's set up, so that was fine.
Guess it's one of those cases where, since I have a personal interest in the characters as well, I wanted to make sure it was a bit more polished.
