I was able to get this finished before end of the week! Fug yeah!

I got my hands on Paint Tool Sai 2 and I tested it out a little on this piece. So far I have liked the upgrated program for it to be albe to handle large files better than its earlier version and having lots of new useful layer effects. Paint Tool Sai 2 is like a love child of Photoshop and Paint Tool Sai 1, with more looks heritaged from its mother Paint Tool Sai.
