Another very beautiful costume. She explained it was created just for Rainfurrest 2009. If you looked close enough, you could see the radioactive symbol in her eyes. Very well done!

Edit: The name of this particular neon green Freakhound is Pandemic. I'm so bad with names. And did I forget to mention the suit lights up as well? Murrr.
