This is Shattered Glass Bulkhead. More of the "Evil Twin" syndrome.
The only thing this Bulkhead has in common with Good Bulkie is that he is creative. However, how he expresses his creativity is where the similarity ends. Where Good Bulkie wants to be known for his creative side, and his expressionist style of art, SG Bulkhead WANTS to be known for his destructive side. His creativity comes in how best to level a structure, or smash an enemy... the splatters make for interesting art, don't you think? The best kind of creativity (such a twisted definition of the term) in his processor is leveling an entire building filled with sentients... The crumbling of the building, the wreckage left behind, and the screams of the dying occupants illicit a cacophony of sounds that merely accompanies the resulting wreckage.. Some of his best work was downtown Detroit. So many lives lost for the sake of his creativity.
Of course, few bots realize that his wanton destruction has a creative purpose, chalking him up as one of the most vicious autobots currently in service. This isn't far from the truth, of course, but no one really gets WHY.
Bulkhead has, however, found an ally, of sorts, in Bumblebee. The little schemer befriended the violent behemoth, not for the sake of being friends, but to use his strength to supplement his own Cunning. Bulkhead isn't so stupid as not to know this. He's known it from the beginning. But he also knows opportunity where he sees it. Bumblebee gives him plenty of opportunity to express himself. Enemies, allies, humans, mechs, other races.... Bulkhead has had a chance to make his mangled art with them all.
... How's THAT for morbid?

You know, I think there's a monstructor member that has the same kind of concept as this guy Yamato. :) I could be wrong, I know it was at least similar where the decepticon would make artwork out of the corpses of his enemies. Still, it's a really good concept I think that fits the twisted Shattered Glass universe.
I need to comment on the other ones I faved so far, it's going to take some time though. XD

Yeah, I noticed. You totally fave-raped me. XDD
But yeah. And I think you're thinking of Slog. Yeah, that was who I thought of as well. And honestly, since reg Bulkie is all "I wanna be artisitic", I decided to pervert that into pretty much what Slog was. Well, except for the fact that Bulkhead LOVES to fight, especially since he knows each fight produces a unique piece of "art"
