This is Shade, my neko girl for Plural Hearts. Whenever I can't think of something to draw, she always comes to mind. Looks like she's enjoying the summer sun while thinking about taking a dip in the pool.

No Watcher Appreciation for July. I've been pretty unmotivated to draw recently do to work. I didn't think it would be fair to try and rush some gift art in a hurry when I actually put effort into the previous ones. So instead I drew some art for me. I saw a deviation in my inbox not too long ago with a water scene, and it inspired me to take a crack at it myself.

I had a lot of fun rendering the ripples in the water, and I tried my hand at painting the bushes in the background. Over all, I'm very pleased with how this came out. It may not be the Watcher Appreciation I would have liked to do, but I learned a few things so its a win in my book!
