You know the detail which makes him stand out compared to your other dragon characters are the hard scales which cover his fingers, shoulders, feet and thighs. ^^
That's quite a nice natural armor... and it looks like VERY hard scales - just like tough back armor we can find at armadillos for example. This is rather new and thus very cool!
Also... the head design is awesome. He does remind me a little bit of a FINAL FANTASY creature... or a character from LEGENDS but the things is... I like those horns. They are pretty difficult to draw, hehehe... and the horns and the draconic maw are combined with a whole lot of golden hair. I have never been fond of dragons with hair... but it fits in his case. The huge horns would look rather dull with nothing to... "counterpart" them. And the hair is just great.
The armor design is good and fits to your other characters or universe. Once again, the "horn" detail can be found again and again - nice!

And yeah, the overall colour palette does work pretty well, too!

Ahhhh well well, I´m so glad that you like the details of his horns and the hard scales too. It was kinda hard for me to put those scales well placed with all and colors, but I´m satisfied with this : 3

As for the horns, I wanted him to be MORE different from my other dragons, more sharpy and fearsome, just as I wanted him to be : 3c

Heheh thanks man : 3 I appreciate it. As for the name, it´s another anagram from my name as Odal, my sona. And since it´s like a "dark side" I planned to keep the anagram idea of my name too.

And nope, this design has nothing to do with Orion to be honest XD is just "another red dragon"
