Most of my recent pieces were drawn mostly or entirely in Krita. Then, often, I open the final piece in Photoshop to add a texture over the entire picture.

Krita... hmmm! That does look like a fun software to download. Been looking for alternatives for Adobe products because it is getting a little expensive.

I like it because it fits my workflow better than most. Good for sketching, pretty good for painting. My only issue with it is the occasional heavy use of resources.
