Not bad. There were several points in your descriptions of the changes that were a bit repetitive, and some sentences could have definitely been cut down to be a little more succinct, but it is a solid TF, and I'm a sucker for muscle. I am curious what happened to the previous strong man, though. Did he retire, trade with someone else, or did something else occur?
