A super old character of mine, Xiao the Rattata.
She's from an old pokemon OCT team of mine back on Deviantart haha. She was capable of the FEAR technique and was also a boss ass little badass of a rattata in general. A shame i never did more OCT stuff really but i sucked at keeping to deadlines whoops.
