Just a quick post to show the best and after of thread sculpting on some of my works. For me thread sculpting is a must have skill when plush making it can help bring the shape of the faced out much better and really improves my works.


Before has a really round shape from the front and the side looks very 'tear drop' shape, eyes aren't forward enough and doesn't looks very canine at all. I use thread sculpting to bring the eyes forward more and shape the face and muzzle more canine like. My new chibi head pattern doesn't look half as odd before it's thread sculpted.
