Another NPC idea for the Wartime Adventure Pen and Paper RPG.
Honest Pete is a traveling merchant and despite his name a notorious pathological liar. He loves to gossip, but his tall tales aner never true. Almost! Sometimes one of his stories is actually true and may contain important informations for the players. His prices are weird, common items like potions are grossly overpriced while rare or unique items are ridiculusly cheap. He also has a massive stock of onions for some reason.
Roxie is his perpetual grumpy donkey, she stoicly endures her masters bullshit. According to Honest Pete she used to be a mighty sorceress untill she was cursed to spend the rest of her days as a jenny. But thats just another of Honest Petes lies. Or is it?
