So I recently played through The End is Nigh on the Switch again. I actually rather like this particular hard cartridge level so I decided to make a picture based on it. I went with an 8-bit size along with only using the NES color palette. I also tried to limit to only 3 colors per sprite. Now I am sure the backgrounds go beyond NES limits.

Also though the original level used greens for the backgrounds I went for blues since there are more blues than greens in the NES color palette.

I rather enjoyed making this, it was pretty fun. =3 Even the little sprite of Ash himself looks nice to me~

I did make everything except the logo on the bottom.
