If you wondering why the tail is not attached,
the supporting rod to the armature is going right
into the spot where the tail should be.
In order to attach it properly I'd have to destroy
his mid section and then attach the tail with wire
and epoxy clay, then reconstruct the body.
I might proceed to do this after my class is over
but for now, his tail shall remain apart from the body.
I'm really enjoying this sculpture thing.
This is my first sculpture, never done a figure like this
before. I plan on doing more in the future.
The figure stands 13" 1/4 tall.

took about all added up a full day's work.
6 hours on the neck torso and legs
another 6 or so on the arms and head, perhaps less.
