So after a dear friend of mine recommended that I listen to a song (Hibana) I was instantly mind blown!
Art block gone and mind inspired I decided to make Horace's uniform as a warm up piece!
Horace is a very proud and regal dragon, so I wanted to design a combat uniform that conveyed his regality, superiority and sheer strength.
Horace is prideful to the extent that he views others around him as pitiful and inferior, but despite this unsightly nature of his he actually does have the strength and power to prove that he's earned his spot.
His fighting style is a brawler, he fights with his entire body as his weapon, delivering devastating blows with enough force rivaling that of a 6 wheeler truck. He refuses to hold back no matter who he's facing and dislikes when people show weakness and cowardice, showing a sliver of respect to those who smile when faced with a wall.
After working with Andros in his missions, his brash personality has mellowed down a little, the purple dragon teaching him that nothing is created perfect. His strength and will despite his smaller size has earned him of Horace's respect... and perhaps more.
Just like his comrade, Andros, Horace is an empty vessel who is serving the Primordial Deity of Time.
This position gives him limited control over time, he avoids overusing it as he knows the nasty side effects of doing so.
His signature move is Chrono Combo, he delivers a flurry of punches which infinitely grows stronger the more punches he lands. It resets if his punch is countered or if it misses.
