You may have a signature, or your email address underneath the portrait. People have even sent me their signature, scanned or written on a tablet with a transparent background. That is fine also.

License number is not a real number, does not mean anything, and is randomly generated unless you specify something.

The text can be anything you want on them. Model them after the information found on your drivers license. Take inspiration from the people here before you. Whatever. Just let me know what you want on it.
