It's basically meatloaf with a few strips of chicken, veal, and pork in the center, wrapped in a crust and baked, lol. We had to fill any air gaps with a chicken stock flavored gelatin. Looks odd doesn't it?

OMG ITS ASPIC!!!! i remember making that shit and i liked it! Its ashame its a dead art here in the states. People have no idea how tedious and time consuming forcemeats are.
