This was actually going to be the end, as I don't usually end with anthro TFs, but I had some space, so soon, a part 4!
The subject's mind has fully melded with his new form. He seems to like his new tail, and his paws swell, and digits shrink. His legs, now free from his primary garments, sprout fur, as the shift to digigrade stance. He looks onward, expectantly...
