Pontiac Firebird. Model year unknown. Sunlight on chrome. It makes me want to crank up "Red Barchetta" by Rush on my stereo.

Ah yes, back when you had to align the head lamps too.

I drove an old AMC Concord for a while. I noticed one of the headlamps was out of whack and went to align it, only to find that the nylon sort of material that the adjusting clips (for lack of a better word) were made out of was cracking and disintegrating.

Did the Tempest and Firebird share design features? Because this car had a Firebird badge on it.

I think they did as the (I think) Tempest was phased out and the Firebird came in, like the Ford Falcon became the Mustang
