I can tell that this is gonna be EPIC!!!!!

Methinks the Elf was just a bully in general. Picking on whoever he wanted and typically got whatever he wanted with enough torturing of other people. But when he tried to pick on Joey, Joey was quick and tripped the elf, forcing him to ram into five or six other people and into a vat of chili which would have been both painful and humiliating in a public area. Enraged, he challenged Joey to a one-on-one fight in another place and time. If he didn't show up, he'd do something drastic which would be a million times worse than getting beaten up by the elf bully.

Please don't mind my rambling. I like thinking up potential story ideas that relate with pictures or ideas when given the opportunity. I do, however, hope it gives you some ideas.
