This is an evolution concept designed by uluri for the evolution of minun however the character now belongs to  Kaioku if I am not mistaken...

once again really fun to draw and ive just noticed the colours on dividun here are the same as that on a shiny minun and the markings on his paws form Ohms symbols used to measure electrical resistance in a circuit
