The only concern I have with AP changes like this is it feels like stealing years of a persons life a-la the Weeping Angels from Dr. Who.
I'm sure there's ways around this creatively (like maybe they physically age but they still have those potential years remaining), but without it that tiny aspect does unnerve me a bit.
Other than that, love the physical changes. ^__^
