Vincent the Wordsmith' GBA setting, to be exact!) Percival would have ambitions of law enforcement! I've wanted to draw this for quite some time, but couldn't really sit down and do it... Glad I finally managed, I think it suits him, strangely
Gotta say though, it felt REALLY WEIRD drawing him with a gun and sunglasses... Like all the other modern stuff was fine, but for some reason those things were weird to me! go figure
