This is a recent commission piece drawn by 
inkohaulyc-1 that was ordered by

This piece shows my character, Queen of Prussia III, strolling down the streets of New York City, either in her native borough, Queens, or in Manhattan, with train's heroine, Holo-Chip. I have no idea what the two are talking about, I'm sure that train will write out what is happening here.

This is the story that train have added to his version.
In the city that is New York City, New York, it is a place of both similarities and contradictions. It is both old and new, up and down, back and forth, love and hate, success and failure, harsh and soft, forgiving and unforgiving, fast and slow, high and low, hot and cold, quick and dead, clean and dirty, rich and poor, inclusive and exclusive, light and dark, violent and peaceful, fact and fiction, loud and quiet, starting and finishing, in-fashion and out-of-fashion and all in between.
This is the 'Empire City' in the 'Empire State' which is both good and bad in the annals of history. To the people who live, work and visit there, it is both a mystery and an enigma. The few who understand this best are the supers who had walked its streets for over a century and then some. They had seen much of it, whether they're vigilantes, anti-hero(ines), bounty hunters, and/or hero(ines). Superowered or not, mutant, meta-being, augmented, BOS, Non-BOS, National Heroine. They would all know of or KNOW New York City.
They had been affected by it either directly and indirectly.
Welcome to New York City.
Walking down the streets, on one of its sidewalks, are two such. One was a young horse mare, Catherine Hesse aka Queen of Prussia of Bronx, NY>Bio: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/27136623/ & http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16339493/ <. At 6' 6" and 250 lbs, she is the third woman to assume the title and mantle, in a large family of heroes and heroic traditions. A diret decescendant of the 10th, 11th and 12th Germanias (National Heroine of Germany), she had much to live up to, in addition to her own immediate family's traditions. With her and her cousins, like Frederick Morgan aka Yank, Katherina Pferd aka the 14th and current Germania, Bertha Braun aka War Maiden II, Marjorie Stallion née Philips aka Uhlan III, Greta Morgan née Sample aka Brunnhilde, April Morgan aka Schöne II and Reinhilde M. Hingis of the U.S. Cyber-Marshals, those heroic traditions would be passed on and never die.
Her super powers were flight, high level super strength, moderate super speed, x-ray vision, heat vision, good endurance, good agility, excellent superhearing, a good healing factor, a strong punch that can knock furs out with just one punch and the ability to turn any kind of rock or combination of rocks into any kind of weapon. Thanks to being experimented on by Dr. Geek in his attempt to make her a very powerful super sex-slave, she gained said abilities to mentally change her hair and fur color to help keep her real identity secret.
She had done well for herself and she did her part to help keep the Big Apple safe and good.
Along with her was a shorter Siberian Chipmunk of 5' 11". The chipette's name was Dr. Beth M. Shaw aka Holo-Chip. Dr. Shaw was born in Perth, Western Australia and raised in Sydney, Australia. She was the daughter of two school teachers. She had no superhero traditions. With her powers, she can make illusions/holograms, shields, lasers and virtual reality. She can also travel through the World Wide Web. She also has wingless flight, super agility, medium-high level strength, super-fast healing and super stamina. Blessed with eidetic & photographic memory, she can turn what she conjures up into real objects and break them back down to pixels or totally delete them. No, she cannot come up with real food, and some other things.
She came upon her powers via sabotage of her project and attempted murder by her former fiance Stephen J. Festus (Dingo) who became the supervillain Mad S. In effect, he created her. He is her worst enemy and even a top tier enemy of Queen of Prussia as well.
Both heroines met by accident, but they have became fast friends and Queen became a mentor to the chipette. Both heroines are a Category 1 Super (Unregistered and Active). On this day, they were having a conversation.
"Hey Chip, penny for your thoughts?"
"Oh, sorry mate, had a lot on me mind," she nodded.
"What's up then?"
"Well, ever since I came back here, I've noticed how much the city has changed and how much it hasn't."
"Oh really?" Queen quipped. "I thought you would've gotten used to it by now."
"Well, I have," Holo-Chip replied. "And I haven't."
"Care to elaborate?"
"Yeah, sure," Chip answered. "you see, when I first came here when I was 17, I was in awe of the place. And now a decade later, I'm still in awe. It's so much bigger than either Perth or Sydney. I don't know about you, but I could never see and do it all."
"Hey Chip," Queen of Prussia said. "you're talking to a New Yorker."
"Oh, that's right," Holo-Chip blushed, and embarrassed at the fact that Queen of Prussia already knew this. "but you know, right now, we're both walking down the street here in Manhattan on this glorious sunny day and yet nobody reacts to us."
"Oh that," Queen laughed some. "hey, to many a New Yorker, if you've seen one super, you've seen them all. I mean, supers have been in New York for over the last 150 plus years. The people see us today and say, 'eh, another super'. It's not like say Sydney or Perth. Or even places like Baltimore, Savannah, Charlotte, NC or Cairo in Egypt. Where they could be in awe and stuff. Even in Japan, they're still be in awe and stuff."
"Yeah, when you put like that..."
"Absolutely, in places like Philly, Atlanta, Chicago, Colmaton/L.A., St. Louis, Portland and Seattle, it's considered the norm. Even London, Berlin and Paris can get action often. Just not on our level, you see?"
Holo-Chip nodded as she started to understand.
"Don't get me wrong and stuff," Queen continued. "People here will still gather around for a good fight between supers though. They'll still run and flee, but they'll come back and when they see the hero or heroine has won, they'll talk about it and stuff for a time. But afterwards, it'll be old news. Other stuff will be on their minds."
"Ah, I see now.," Chip nodded in agreement. "Queen, can I ask you a question?"
"Sure."
"Have you ever rode the subway here in costume?"
After a few seconds, she replied. "Nope, haven't need to."
"Why not?"
"It's quite simple, I can fly anywhere I wants to. So why ride around? I've seen supers, public and not ride it. But for them, that's okay. For me, not needed, what about you?" she commented.
"Well, I haven't either, as Holo-Chip," the chipmunk replied. "by the way, have you heard about that strange vigilante named Blackjack> http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19581506/ <?"
"I've heards of him," the mare nodded. "But I've never encountered him. I've heard the Cyber-Marshals and even Ms. Detective have. But anyone else, nope."
"Oh," Holo-Chip replied. "you know, that rumors had been going on about a monster, named Marksman> http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21518542/ < and others like him. It's been said, they live down in the underground."
"Oh, the 'Chambers'?" Queen looked at her friend. "Well, I've never been there, and I don't plan to."
"Why not?"
"Even as a New Yorker, there's some places you just DON'T GO," Queen sternly admonished. "Look at it this way: My cousins, Germania with even Krieg and Blitz, Uhlan, War Maiden, Schöne, Yank, WindTide, and Brunnhilde wouldn't themselves DARE to go down there. ESPECIALLY after Blind Justice told them, and several other supers, some horror stories. They ALL never asked about the place ever again. The look in their eyes and faces SAID IT ALL."
"Well, I won't."
"Good, leave that stuff to the professionals."
"Say, I'm hungry, want to get something to eat?"
"Sure why not?" Queen of Prussia smiled. "and not only that, for the first time, we'll take the subway. Let's get some Cheescake and Pizza."
"Now, that I'm with you on."
They both headed down the stairs to the subway.
