Can't sleep again, brain is all emotional and sad. Digital painting, maybe? Kinda? Whatever it is, something finished! Finally! I really like light behind balloons because it's attractive and can create this really pretty rim lighting, so I kinda tried to do a bubble with a similar glowy lighting. Kinda just looks neon glow-in-the-dark, but that's still a pretty nice thought.
Sorry about the shitty quality, SAI crashed and I ended up having to save it as a screencap. The original looked a bit cleaner. I still like it, though.
Edit: I just realized she should have been holding a pen, that would have looked really nice with the note, but I am dumb and like pointy pushpins.
