Healing process takes alot of time.
In case you guys haven't heard I recently went in for surgery last week, and I got bone grafts in my jaw so I can get implants where I'm missing some teeth.
The operation afterwards was super painful. Also while I recover I had to take a medical leave from work for the month.
and I guess too much free time can be boring, because I haven't left the house in almost a week. I also can't eat any of my favorite foods until I fully heal.

Well look at it this way, when is it you get to stop and do nothing. Now days everyone is doing something, or has to do something. This is a time where you can just rest. Rest your mind, rest your body and enjoy not having any responsibility for the moment.
But that's just me.
