I've been interested to see a fattened up Blake for a while, and seeing as it was unlikely we'd get to see that in a canon comic story, I saw this as the perfect opportunity. ^_^ I requested this on DeviantArt, and unfortunately, there were only three spots and all were taken. Sorry.
Well, I pretty much just wanted to see what a fattened up Blake would look like. If I had to come up with an in-universe explanation, however, I'd ration that all that drinking and time spent vegging out with friends without sufficient exercise, eventually caught up with her, and she just plumped up as a result.
