Here is the first of my many images in the Anime Nostalgia Project I am working on, featuring one of my all time favorite classics, Card Captor Sakura.
I loved working on this picture, even though it took way too long to finish, and still is a tiny bit unfinished in my eyes. Still, I think it turned out pretty well, so I won't complain. ;)
Sakura was one of my favorite anime as a child, and even watching it nowadays makes me feel all fluffy inside! I don't know if I will be drawing Sakura again, maybe if I make a Tsubasa Chronicles picture in the future, but I do know that I will be working on Yue at some point!
I loved Yue and his arrogant yet secretly loving nature! :heart:

.:: Anime Nostalgia Project ::.
This project is a pet project of mine where I am reproducing and restoring images from classical anime, as thought there were drawn in a classical way.
I am doing this as a tribute to the classics which I grew up watching and still love and admire to the present days. I do not intend to steal or take credit for the work, just promote it and fall in love with it all over again as I color these beautiful illustrations.

Before anyone leaps on me with some hate messages, I do not take credit for the lineart in the picture, as the image itself in a reproduction and restoration of a picture taken from the Card Captor Sakura artbook.
The purpose of this problem is to work more on my colouring skills and to get some nice pieces for my tribute wall in my office. I don't intend to sell the pictures, or try and get credit for the composition, so lets not make a fuss over this for nothing shall we?
The original artwork is copyrighted to CLAMP, which I love, respect, and thank for the many series they have given us throughout the years and years to come.
