Snack is also the leader of a secretive group, whose Trusted Members pick off those who let money corrupt them. How do they tell? Snack offers one on one personalized tailoring meetings for those with enough clout, which lets them judge their character. If they don't pass, the personalized outfits they recieve will mark them for the Trusted Members, and within the week go "missing".
