Oh yeah, I forgot they haven't been including King K. in the newer games. It's a shame really, he's a pretty whacky villain but a powerful dude at the same time. It's nice that he at least went from being an assist trophy to a fully fledged character. It only gives us hope to what other surprises Nintendo has in store for Smash or future games :D
