lmao yeah i have this shit all the time and i know how to deal with it usually if its like on its own. but also have anxiety with the depression is new territory. i dont know how to handle the anxiety and cuz of that my depression is at an advantage. im getting help. im really trying. i want to be able to know how to handle both now. everyday i just wanna end it. its so bad i have stress (including physical stress) induced partial or full body paralysis and muscle spasms and my nerves are always on fire.so yeah its fun
