Sequences are full price for the first image and then half price for each additional image.
So a 3 image Color sequence with two characters would be:
First Image: $30 + $15 (additional character)
Second Image: $15 +$15
Third Image: $15 +$15

Well, I doubt those in the bunker are aware what's happened in the tower, like K having to infect himself with one of the samples. He transforms you in the bad end to eradicate the virus and keep you safe, and if the sample is like any of the other ones I'd imagine that there's still the desire to 'reproduce' so to speak, so finding a justification to infect those in the bunker I don't think would be too much of a stretch.
