
We spent one last sunrise together before time stole you away from me. Time was supposed to heal me. Some days I feel like I can start to move on, the night setting in, sleep pulling away my thoughts. But the morning always comes; the sun blazing brightly, burning away the scars to leave the wound open and fresh and seething. Every morning my resolve falters, and I miss you.
