Only for most people. Some people don't get the morning sickness and other symptoms. Symptoms they do get may be credited to something like stress. Add in a bit overweight or just a causal "Dang, I'm ganging some weight, I really need to stop eating at McDonald's" and some people don't realize it. It can be especially be hard for the woman if she normally has an abnormal cycle or really light cycles in which case spotting or missing isn't really "abnormal" for them.

Thats interesting.. i had a friend tho who didnt realize she was pregnant until she was 4 months. baby still came out fine. but she was complaining and the dumb ass doctors didnt even kno what was goin on with her. She was a very small person, but i still to this day dont kno why she wouldnt hav known. weird thing was her "dot" came just fine through those months like it was suppoused to.. so i dont get it!
