Taken the dust off of this one and trying some different things that were suggested by a couple friends. I think I'm about done with the drawing, and if it hadn't taken me all ngiht, i'd be coloring. But this gives me time for feedback.

Thoughts, suggestions?

This is to be a practice run for other big pieces I've got in the Queue.

I don't like how the trunk of the tree on the left is hidden by the wall, try having the trunk growing out of the left side of the page.

On the topic of trees, I dont suppose you consider yourself a validated source? It does look a little...off, I suppose, I'll tinker with it abit when I get back home. *having forgotten to nab the file for my laptops*

The big branch of the one on the right seems a bit thick, but not unbelievably so.

hm... is it too late to say something?

to me it already has the atmosphere of a moonlit scene (especially since that sphere up there would be way too large for a sun), and I'm curious how you will do the lighting/highlighting. ^^ looks like a hefty challenge to me. ^^

maybe because your prelim is already refined enough for it. a lot of your intended atmosphere is given away. ^^
