He's a minor character in the Peninsula who's a creep but a pretty harmless one. He likes to watch drama among the Tanonuim happen and just sits back and enjoys the amusement without intervening or spreading the word much. He is related to the members of Atochengra, but not a part of the group since he lives a very comfortable life and is pretty pacifist.
