Today I learned that Apollo was worshipped in Rome as well as Greece :) (and without the name change of many other gods). Awesome picture! I've been reading about Irish gods lately, but I'll never object to Roman mythology either!

Well, almost true. Apollo in Rome Apollon in Greece. But yes he was revered in both Rome and Greece in much the same fashion. His Sister Artemis wasn’t that lucky.
