Eagles tend to (not always though) have longer beaks, and less feathers on the face... So blood doesn't mat the feathers :}

I probably don't have to mention I maaaay be a tad biased ;D

The eye is beautiful - almost looks like it could blink any moment and you really captured the intelligence in that one eye... You can tell there's thinkin' going on in there when you look at a falcon. Again, the soft 'chalk-like' feel of these pictures is really impressive.. Makes me wonder though, maybe the colouring on the beak should be a bit sharper? Looks 'soft'... But eh, that's probably the only real critique.
The colours blend really splendidly.

I understand what you mean :) Can't say this is my newest piece but I have learned alittle bit more when it comes to portraying different 'textures" so next bird or non-furry animal I do I will try to differentiate between the materials better :) Thank you!
