During my two-or-so years as a toll collector, I would bring some 3x5 blank index cards, and doodle a black-and-white sketch of some of my favorite webcomic characters. In April of 2005, I began to draw a three-part tribute to 'Nivlek', the snow leopard character of Kelvin the Lion. You can see all three parts (in B&W) in my gallery in "The Round House".

Well, today I'd decided to repost the first part of said tribute in color - even though 'Nivlek' is mostly gray and white (if you don't count his blue eyes, and his pink nose and paw pads).
Some of you fans of the webcomic have probably noticed that he's not wearing his customary diaper... Well, considering how much food the big cat had put away, the triangular garment would've been too confining, and would've eventually popped off. Of course, 'Nivlek' would be rendered so immobile (following his repast), he'd need some help to carry that big belly of his; That's where I come in (and where my back nearly goes out)! Enjoy!

Well, Phil, a pun to me is more of a play on words. For example: The Aqueduct Rack Track plans to go 'green' by preserving 'natural racehorses'. (Say this sentence fast enough, and you'll eventually get the joke.) But I suppose that reusing the phrase "supporting wildlife" in an alternate way could constitute a pun, as well...
Anyway, thanks for the compliment (and the comparison to another "FA" member)!
