I've been wanting to do some Haibana Renmei fanart for a LONG time. So, I sketched this up last night to try and motivate myself. I'd like to actually paint something nice up one of these lifetimes.

Anyhow, Rakka from Old Home. If you have not seen Haibane Renmei, I can't recommend it enough. As much of an anime weeaboo as I am, the only anime series I actually own on DVD is Haibane Renmei. I've even got the soundtrack on CD. It's a fantastic story full of fantastic characters.
