It seems to be that this masked stranger is leading Blade to some sort of arena.. but why?

But even when Blade seems shackled it doesn’t seem it can hold such a massive beast in place,

A few taunts from the masked stranger angered blade that seemed to make him break his chains from sheer brute strength and was able to surprisingly land a blow right on the stranger.
