EXTRA FACTS
● their living situation depends on the individual; some are solitary, some live with family, some live with their partner(s) some live with only their own sex, some live in mixed groups, they have been known to live in huge colonies - particularly during prime breeding seasons
● they make ice burrows like polar bears do where they can , or may pile large rocks if possible - they're not keen on dirt burrows
● they do inhabit primarily the arctic circles but populations spread a way outside - eg scotland, canada, chile, argentina
● while they spend a lot of time in water , they dont have gills , but can hold their breath for 1 - 2 hours depending on how well practiced the individual is
● a young adult is roughly the size of a leopard seal (3m long / 400-500kg) but they continue growing their whole life, many easily rivaling beluga later on and rumors of great "leviathans" the size of the smaller baleen whales being not too uncommon

● in their anthro forms they are pretty much always at least "Plus Sized", but not necessarily unmuscled
