Weapon: DaikatanaFor centuries the Sune homelands of Auriga have been isolated from most of the known world through feuding neighbors and land disputes, preventing expansion and trade with the outside world. However there was a singular outlet from which the Sune were able to expand out of: The Luarii Sea Trade. A Sune merchanting settlement was created by the Luarii within the foreign city of Anatolia and settled by Solarii nobles, scholars, and most importantly: Samurai.
Taiko was born in Anatolia and raised to be a warrior, to protect the settlement and the city itself from invaders... and from the city's inhabitants themselves if need be. However one day an expanding empire from the east laid claim to Anatolia, having surrendered without a fight. Taiko and his fellow warriors were disgusted by such dishonorable conduct, the governor betraying his sacred oaths. Eventually said empire began forcing their ways and culture upon the city, including the Sune. This itself proved to be the tipping point and soon when Taiko and fellow warriors planned to revolt, a mysterious army appeared on the horizon and routed the empire's forces, liberating the city. Promising revenge upon the empire, the Commander of the army sought volunteers. Taiko and others joined eagerly...
