A new character, he doesn't pertain to the Zarel story, but rather, is a character for TJ.
Jolt is a Luxray owned by TJ since he was 3. Jolt technically is 13 as of now. Jolt's personality is a "usually laid back but mess with him and you're fucked" kinda guy. Aside from normal Luxray stuff, Jolt is a shape shifter. This means he can stretch like rubber, be taken apart, melt, and even multiply/grow body parts. Jolt finds fun in this, but TJ finds it more fun. Jolt, though he is a Pokemon, is almost never used for battle at all, and rather a companion to TJ.
