Originally these Cyberry protagonists all wore bikinis of some description - but working with the Vegetron (the Cyberries' rivals) actually made me realise I could go all kinds of different directions with the Cyberries' clothing.
So yeah, Wine isn't actually wearing anything but her hair is kinda also covering her modesty here. More than one way to skin a grape I guess.
She kinda worries she doesn't fit in with the rest of her Cyberry sisters. She's an interesting character.

The Cyberries' thing is that they can use the fruit that grow from their bodies to repair injuries, manufacture weapons and tools - and yeah, replenish ammunition in the weapons they create.
They can probably share fruit between themselves too - but thinking about it there might be compatibility issues or unforeseen side effects of doing this - for instance you might not be able to use 'watermelon ammunition' in a 'banana gun'.
Really the fruit on the bodies are best described as a kind of 'spleen' of reserve cybercell material.

Yeah, i get the idea that these cyberries aren't just ammunitions but also some kind of material they can use for various purposes and, as i already said, i like the concept that they can produce and use it on their own. ^_^
Also, i can't help but wonder about some of these purposes, like the fact that basicaly a fruit/seed is a plant's child so i wonder if they can use it in some way for that kind of purpose (with, as you said, some compatibility issues and unforeseen side effects ;p ) it's just my curiosity speaking because i really like your characters and would like to know so much about them but i don't want to flood the comment section with too many questions.

I kinda didn't want to let the cat out of the bag with these fruit and veg anthros until I had built up a cast of designs which covered a lot of the bases and fleshed out the entirety of the world I'm envisioning for them - and that's not to say I don't still have a lot to explore or say for the 'Fruit Machine' universe.
