For now I don't know which province I want to move to, for now I'm mostly looking to attend university in Ontario in order to immigrate legally. I do have my eye on The Northwest Territories, particularly Yellowknife.

I recommend visiting Atlantic Canada. It's full of old towns and natural beauty. I wish you luck with immigration!

Oh yes. The economy is floundering right now, especially in Newfoundland. They're building a hydroelectric plant on Muskrat Falls, but I don't know much about it. Visit if you like, but it's not a great idea to move here.

I'll certainly visit, but after that warning I won't be moving to Newfoundland, even if I found a city I would enjoy living near if the economy wasn't doing so poorly.

I'd like to move. Nova Scotia is better off, but I have many friends and family here I don't wish to leave. I have hope things will change

I would love to understand why the economy is floundering and how to fix it. Many people blame the economic problems in Canada on the welfare state and immigration, but I seriously doubt it.

I'm not up on any of it, and to be honest I'm not feeling the poor economy. Perhaps after University I'll be forced to learn why the economy is bad :p
